Divinity Design Return Policy

We use and recommend only the best professional products available. We stand behind all of our products that we sell. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the performance of any of our products you may return them following these simple guidelines:

  • We will refund any unused portion of a product within 30 days accompanied by a Divinity receipt.
  • If you do not have your receipt or it has been more then 30 days you may apply the unused portion of the product being returned towards a purchase of another product.
  • Manufacturer’s defect may be exchanged for the same product only.
  • Bioelements or Kroma Color products that are custom blended will not be able to be returned.
  • In order to make credit card returns, you must present our receipt with credit card receipt attached as well as have the card present during the return.
